Step 1: Attend a Free Trial Class
If you are new to CrossFit or an experienced crossfitter who wants to check us out, you are welcome to schedule a free consultation along with a one on one trial class. The consultation consists of a conversation allowing you to share your fitness experience and goals for beginning our program. Immediately following the consultation we will take you through a fitness evaluation and your very first WOD!
No CrossFit experience is necessary for the Trial Class. It is designed to teach you the fundamental movements and exercises that will be needed to safely follow our program. During this class you will get a chance to learn more about CrossFit and our program. Dress for a workout. You will sweat!
Step 2: Sign up for On Ramp/Beginner Classes
Are you ready to start doing CrossFit? The On-Ramp class is for beginner’s and is specifically designed to prepare active, healthy individuals who are new to the CrossFit movements for our ongoing group classes. The program consists of a series of classes designed to build upon each session to prepare you for everything CrossFit has to offer. Athletes receive hands on coaching to develop the skills needed to perform CrossFit safely and effectively.
Step 3: Select a Membership
Once you’ve gone through our On Ramp classes, you’re ready to sign up for a membership that fits your needs.
